Before Treatment
Follow any pre-procedure instructions supplied by Stadia Med Spa to achieve optimal results from your procedure. Before your P-shot, drink plenty of water 2 hours before your appointment. Hydration assists with the blood draw and ensures high-quality blood plasma for better treatment results. Please inform your provider if you take any medications, herbal supplements, or prescriptions. Avoid NSAIDs – like ibuprofen, aspirin, Aleve, and Excedrin – for one week before and two weeks after your P-shot. NSAIDs interfere with your blood plasma’s regeneration and thus interfere with your results.
During Treatment
The P shot is a non-invasive, non-surgical procedure available at Stadia Med Spa. The appointment takes about 30 minutes and starts with a simple blood draw. A centrifuge separates the plasma in a process that takes about 20 minutes to complete. Meanwhile, you will be given a numbing cream to apply to the head and shaft of your penis. After the treatment area is numb, your provider will inject into the head and corpus cavernosum columns of the erectile tissue. That’s it! After Treatment
Recovery from the P shot is fast and easy! You leave the office directly following your appointment and can resume your normal activities. No significant side effects have been reported.
